Cheaply made, the bottom section is clear plastic. The base is much larger than the deck post, so fits very sloppily. For the price, this should be a good item, but it's not.I'll be returning the four I purchased, and am not happy I have to spend $15 to return this crap.
I may just opt for the $3.88 ones at Home Depot - at least they fit on the post.
