this works great. we used it on a freshly cleared pasture where not all of the weeds along the fenceline were completely knocked down yet. low impedance controllers really are worth the extra money. you save time not having to worry about weeds and obstructions, and you gain a better peace of mind knowing that if any weeds or grass does grow a little too high, your controller will put out more juice to counteract that. that said, that does not mean you do not need to maintain your fencline of course! its not a miracle worker or anything!Zareba Red Snap'r LI15C Electric Powered Low Impedance 15 Miles Fence Controller Overview
