I ordered the unit displayed on the web site and received a totally different product. I ordered a continuous current fence control device and received a device which fluctuates the current. My dog figured out he can jump the fence when the current is off for a second. I called and explained what I needed and was told that the inventory department was closed but someone would contact me the next Monday. No one contacted me and later on that week UPS showed up at my house to pick up the product. I was not home at the time. I am not overly impressed with the service of this company.
